Forget Yoga and Go For A Walk!



This morning I encountered some yoga related videos on Youtube.
Great yogis and masters filmed in 1930's & 1970's.


Your hours of indoor yoga work-out only shines when enough walking is propped up. As is as walking animal title says. Walking is the best way to be spiritual. Walk as you are, be spiritual. If you don't walk (enough) as you are, you do not become spiritual as you are.


There is no walking in yoga. But it is walking that makes yoga. Not asanas. Before yoga, there is walking. It has been and it will always be. Forget yoga and go for a walk!


Nowadays most of misfortune come from not walking enough(and eating irregularly).


Putting your whole-self in the right directions
Small changes(i.e. patterning/good habits in breathing, walking & eating) in that what you do everyday & all the time become life-deciding factors over time. That's what we are talking about.
