Returning Grace Back With Bound Grass
「진(晉)나라의 大夫(대부) 魏武(위무)라는 사람이 살았는데 그에게는 妾(첩)이 한 명 있었다.어느날 위무자가 병으로 몸져눕게 되었다. 아직 제정신일 때 그는 아들 魏顆(위과)에게 일러 말했다. "내가 죽으면 이 첩을 다른 사람에게 개가를 시켜라." 하더니, 그 뒤 병이 심하여 죽게 되거늘 또 말하되 "내가 죽으면 저 여인은 순장을 시켜라."고 유언을 했다. 죽음에 이르러 이과가 말하되 "차라리 정신이 있을 때의 명령(命令)을 좇아서 이를 개가를 시키리라." 그리하여 서모(庶母)를 개가시켜 순사(殉死)를 면하게 했다. 후에 진(晉)나라와 진(秦)나라 사이에 전쟁이 일어나서 위과(魏顆)가 전쟁에 나갔다. 진(秦)나라의 두회(杜回)와 싸우다가 위험한 지경에 이르렀을 때에 두회가 풀에 걸려 넘어져 위과가 두회를 사로잡아 뜻밖에도 큰 전공을 세울 수가 있었다. 그날밤, 위과의 꿈 속에 한 노인이 나타나서 말을 하는데 그는 서모의 아버지의 망혼이었다. "나는 그대가 출가시켜 준 여인의 아비요. 그대는 아버님이 옳은 정신일 때의 유언에 따라 내 딸을 출가시켜 주었소. 그 때 이후로 나는 그대에게 보답할 길을 찾았는데 이제야 그 은혜를 갚은 것이오."했다.

In
the country of Jean (晋), there lived a rich man named 魏武(Weemu) who had
a concubine. One day he fell ill, yet his mind was still clear. He told
his son, 魏颗(Wigwa).
"When I die, allow her to marry someone else." However, when he was
about to die, he left different words to son, "Bury her alive with me,
if I die." The son followed the words when his father was clear-minded
and allowed her to marry and live on after his father's death.
Later, there was a war between the two countries, Jean(晋) and Jean (秦) and Wigwa(魏颗)
went to war. While he was fighting against 杜回(Duhoe) of the country,
Jean (秦), he was able to triumphantly capture Duhoe because his horse
tripped on the grass and fell onto the ground.
That night, Wigwa had a dream in which an old man appeared and said, "I am the father of the woman that you helped live on. You followed your father's words when he was sensible. Since then, I was looking for a way to return the grace, and it finally happened."
