Let Me Own All The Elephants In The World, Dead or Alive!

We don't own any animals. But in this material world, it appears to be. If it has to be, then let me own all the elephants, dead or alive, in the whole world!

Elephants, plants, environments and people within are all one. That's the only was as is.

As your vulnerable children are precious, so are vulnerable elephants.

Elephants are vulnerable. 100,000 elephants were killed in Africa in just two years.

We are not vulnerable. Let them be as is. Let them be happy elephants. Let them remain just the way they are happy animals just like you are as is.

If you want to be a part of this unprecedented movement of human history, do your part. Make your own fortune. Arrive at your fortune safely. Don't be killed like elephants. Be yourself. Breathe, walk & eat just like elephants.

But I am nothing without you. Let me own all the elephants in the world, dead or alive!

Just like you are the only one who can make your own fortune, you are the only one who makes elephants' fortune - their health, wealth, longevity & happiness.

It begins today. It began just now. Let me own all the elephants and you just make your own fortune.

Turn Your Brain On

Dec. 12, 2011

My brain turned on again about 2 weeks ago. I realized that it doesn't last long if heart is lost. Heart is the true fuel to turn on brain.

When abundant universal energy flows into your brain, the brain turns on like a bulb. It lights brightly deep dark inside of your subconsciousness.

This time it was triggered by a few hearts around me.

All I have is time and people around me. I love all and pray for all. Thank you my Lord for this beautiful day and food for today.

Freedom to Love

Freedom to love sets me free.
It is not to choose what to love or not. It is to love all as one.
It is the beginning & the never-ending end.
It is freedom that comes from right within.

Business Mind: I Teach Yoga With Breathing, Walking & Eating.

I had a chance to talk with Mr. Kim for about 2 hours yesterday. He reminded me of "business" and gave me some open suggestions. It was a really good lesson and I appreciated.

Both of us didn't show the card.

Be in the business, not in the ideas
To turn ideas into business, whom I should look at
Add ideas in the business

마음이 조급하면 시간이 빨리간다.
비즈니스 안에서 아이디어로 차별화하라.
Differentiate yourself IN the business.
나는 요가비즈니스 안에서 호홉, 걸음, 먹기를 가르친다.
I TEACH YOGA WITH BREATHING, WALKING & EATING.

Short Film: Reaching Nirvana - How I Acted - I Mean How I Walked

This short film was made for a course assignment at George Brown. I wasn't keen on making a movie nor given enough explanation what this movie is or will be about.

Producer had an idea to himself about this movie but it wasn't my case. The whole time that I spent for this short film is less then two hours as I recall.

He wanted me to take some actions with emotions shown - worried, not happy, confident, etc. I just swung it with my postures, specially with walking postures

The way you walk shows your exact mental, physical & emotional status.

I expressed my emotions with my walking poses by swinging it! Check it out!

The Smile of Budha

It was about a year and half ago(2009), I went to the last yoga class on that night at the Yoga Sanctuary Danforth location. The yoga teacher(Sebastian) told us to smile at ourselves during the class while taking poses.

For some reason, I couldn't smile at myself. So, instead of struggling to smile, I started visualizing my mom deep inside my dhanjeon. Because she always puts me in peaceful mood with just thinking about her.

That's how my conversation with my mom started that night. She passed away in an accident when I was doing my military service in the Korean army in 1993.

Sebastian's calm instructions leaded me to meditate while I was taking different poses, and at the same time our conversation continued. I asked her, "Mom, when did I make you the happiest?"

She didn't answer but smiled at me. So I kept asking her, "When I was admitted to Korea University?", "When my score was #1 among all other students in town?", "When I bought you a new laundry machine with my first paycheque?" She didn't answer but my questions didn't stop, either.

….

It was just before taking Shivasna pose and the class was almost coming to an end. It just hit my brain and almost came out of my mouth, "When I was born?"

Yes, she answered me with her voice. The voice that I couldn't remember for a quite while made me have almost teary eyes. Yes, it was when I was born!

It was when I came to this world, and that moment, I made my mom the happiest! I made my mom happiest just when I was born! I never knew it until she told me that night.

Ironically, the yoga teacher Sebastian closed the class with the comment that he saw the smile of Buddha.

Even though I am still not sure whether he saw it from my face or not, I thank him more than words can say! Thank you so much, Sebastian! I am so blessed! Your yoga class I will never FORGET!
