Depression or Winter Blues, Whatever You Call it!

Why we become more vulnerable to depression in winter days?

It is so simple and natural for us to be that way. Why? Because in winter, it is so relatively harder & tougher to breathe, walk & eat. 

Indoors or outdoor, it is not easier to breathe and walk. It affects our whole lifestyle during this time. The biggest impacts on eating make us face physical or mental issues developing day by day - more precisely meal by meal, whether you eat more or eat less than your optimal diet practice.

Depression can result from many different issues but ironically all the people with this issue, they have something in common - simply they do not breathe, walk & eat. Not many seem to realize nor focus on this.
