When We FORGET to Walk

If you breathe, walk & eat AS IS, like a baby, you never have to deal with any issues that you do in your adulthood. That's what we are talking about!


When we forget to walk, all the musculoskeletal issues become real and we are under pain & discomfort. We forget the fact that we are walking animals and we sit and drive. As our body is designed to walk, it is when we walk, energy circulates best.


When we walk, that's the ideal moment of the most natural movement, being active as the way human animal body is designed to.


We forget to walk and we sit and drive instead. These days, we have heard of walking is the best form of exercise among all kinds. True! Exactly that's what we are.


But if you continue poor walking posture/pattern,  each step you take will cause pain & money day by day. Each step will waste your time, money & energy. Or you can make each step re-align your spine & posture, burn off more calories, make you feel good and bring a good luck!


It is up to you. It is up to the way you walk. Health, wealth, longevity & happiness come along only when you walk.


Walking posture changes your life. If you are looking for a job, you have to walk that way people would give you a job. If you want to look sexy, you have to walk sexy!


Once you pattern it, game over! It works like a magic.


But again it is crucial to remind yourself of walking with your tail bone tucked in. Because we all forget sometimes including myself!
